The Andersen Company, Inc. founded in
1974, by Walter Andersen. Who in the 1960's, while owner of a
chemical and latex company, developed the first rubber backed
mat. Their WaterHog Mat is the nation's most
revolutionary walk-off mat.
Kleen-Tex
entered the mat business in 1967. Their Graphic Inlay(TM) is
the premium logo mat in the world today, more like a
"work of art".
Mountville offers the widest choices of
design options using their exclusive computerized Masterweave(tm)
process. Choose from 24 BRILLIANT colors with
up to 6 colors in your design (sizes range from 2ft. to 6ft.
wide and up to 23.5ft. long)!
In the Masterweave(tm) Process, the
design is sewn directly into the carpet, using Monsanto's Ultron(tm) nylon static dissipative nylon yarn. The yarn
has been dyed using Perma-Dye(tm) plus
Stainstopper(tm) dying technology. This insures
Quality and Durability for Years of Service.
The backing is Nitrile Rubber which insures
non-skid stability and ease of cleaning. The backing is
available in either Carpetcleat(tm) (carpeted surfaces) or smooth for non-carpeted
areas.
